PLS publishes an Essential Guide to Open Access

PLS is proud to add our new Essential Guide to Open Access to our website. The guide has been developed in collaboration with Research Consulting and aims to give readers a plain language introduction to the world of open access.  

The concise guide covers basic Open Access concepts and explains creative commons licences, transformative agreements and TDM licensing as well as how to manage third-party content. 

The guide also includes helpful links to a range of carefully selected additional resources where you can find out more about Open Access and the support those who need to further navigate the complex landscape beyond the essentials may need.
