Deborah Dixon steps down from PLS Board
Deborah Dixon will step down as a representative of the Association for Learned and Professional Society Publishers.
This week, Deborah Dixon will step down as an ALPSP representative on the PLS Board, following eight years in the role.
Deborah is a highly respected and experienced Editorial Director at Oxford University Press, where she is responsible for its portfolio of science and medical journals. Before joining OUP she spent 19 years at Wiley, latterly as Publishing Director for Medical Journals, and she also worked at BMJ Publishing Group. Additionally, Deborah is a member of the ALPSP Council and Treasurer for Evidence Aid, a charity that promotes the use of evidence in humanitarian crises.
PLS would like to publicly thank Deborah for her contribution over the years and express our sincere gratitude for the support and guidance she has shared during her time with us.
