Collective licensing

Register with PLS Collect

Click here to register your organisation with PLS Collect.

Registering with PLS Collect is quick and easy. The link above will take you to the PLS Collect Account Forms page. You can choose the correct form for your organisation, which should be completed, signed and returned to PLS.

All UK and overseas-based publishers of books, magazines, journals and websites can register to authorise PLS Collect to manage their rights on a collective basis. More than 4,500 publishers have chosen to do so.

There is no charge for registering and you can choose which titles you wish to license through us. You can exclude titles from your agreement, and you can opt in to a number of additional licence extensions. Your mandate with us can be terminated with six months’ written notice.

You should read and complete your form in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, Distribution Charter and Code of Conduct.

When your application form has been accepted, the PLS Collect team will be in touch to provide you with access to your account where you will find everything you need to manage your titles and licensing settings.

Please replace the default settings with your own settings where appropriate. The default settings will apply unless they are changed by you.

If you would like to know more about the benefits of registering with PLS Collect, or need help with your application, email the Publisher Registrations team or call us on 020 7079 5930.
